Between December 11th and 14th, 2024, the city of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, hosted two key moments for the development of the OREO Project: the Train the Trainers (TT) and the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). In a framework of international collaboration, experts, trainers, and project partners gathered at Tallinn University to exchange ideas, strengthen training modules, and advance the project's goals.

The event was a rich learning experience, combining intensive work sessions with cultural activities. During the meeting days, the project's initial modules and the innovative tools to be used for their implementation were presented and discussed. Experiences, knowledge, and strategies were shared to improve the training, ensuring that the project's impact is effective and meaningful in the educational field.

One of the highlights was the opportunity to learn about and discuss related projects in educational technology and innovation, such as Academy4Business, DigiEduHack, and EdTech Talents, presented by renowned experts in the fields of ICT and Artificial Intelligence. These exchanges fostered new ideas and broadened attendees' perspectives on how to apply advanced technologies and methodologies in educational contexts.

The meeting not only focused on technical aspects but also included cultural moments that enriched the experience. A guided walk through Tallinn's Old Town, a visit to the KUMU Art Museum, and a dinner at the iconic Kaerajaan restaurant allowed participants to explore Estonia's rich history and culture while strengthening personal and professional bonds within the team.

These days in Tallinn were much more than a simple work meeting. They represented an opportunity to reinforce the collaborative spirit, reflect on the achievements made, and plan the next steps with a clear and renewed vision. Every activity, from discussion sessions to informal interactions, contributed to consolidating a team committed to the success of the OREO Project.

In an atmosphere of collaboration and learning, the TT and TPM in Tallinn left an indelible mark on all participants, reminding them of the importance of working together to build projects that inspire and transform higher education.
