The first ME was done at the 12.12.2025 in collaboration with LDAR, the Laboratoire de didactique André Revuz, which is a collaborative didactics institute of several universities in Paris and several different subjects from the STEAM environment.
We met with experts of education of the LDAR institute as well as PhD students and active researchers of the laboratory to showcase the things we developed in the OREO Project and bring another countries thoughts up on what we did so far in the project.
After coffee we started the event by bringing an overall overview of the Projects Goals and Materials before we delved into a deeper presentation of the results and achievements of the project.
After that we hosted a networking phase in which other people could present their achievements and discussions were held about the involvement of AI in the Process of education and how it is already used (and planned to be used) in education. It was very enlightening to find similar and different approaches from a different education system to ours from germany and how the Teachers and Researchers of a different country handle the same Problems and Opportunities that Chatbots gave us.
The discussions continued into the Lunchbreak and we returned refreshed to testing out the OREO Board Game in small groups via the digital possibility of playing the game on the MOOC. We encouraged the participants to engage into discussions in their groups. We then finished of the event by a small final discussion and summary after which we asked the participants to answer a feedback questionnaire. We received very positive feedback both through oral means, but also through the questionnaire which affirmed us in our goal to create a sustainable education material about the use of AI.

The second ME was held on the 18th of December at our own institute in Münster. Due to sickness and travel, the attendance rate for the Multiplier Event was not as high as the one in Paris.
However we still had a wonderful event especially as it happened in a smaller and more comfortable means. Instead of focussing on Professors and Researchers like we did in Paris we focussed more on teachers in training, allowing us to bring the things we developed in OREO into higher education schools in germany.
Due to the smaller size of this Event we decided to hold this one in our educational laboratory in a more “family” esque setting over christmas food and hot chocolate. We again started with an introduction and presentation of the materials, similar to the presentation in Paris and then had a look at the materials together on the presenting computer to have a discussion over the ideas and the quality of the materials.
We discussed similarities and differences to other Projects going on at the University of Muenster like the Collaboration of multiple work groups called “INTERKI” which focusses on being a very complete educational material for all aspects of AI, including modern research and its use in modern technology and teaching. It is to be said that INTERKI is still in development, especially the english translations of the in depth material.

Afterwards we finished with playing and discussing the Boardgame for longer than anticipated rounding the ME off before the christmas holidays.
