Dissemination and outreach activities (work package 4) aim to promoting, disseminating and sharing the project results as an important and integral part of the project. The Dissemination Plan includes sharing and awareness-raising activities. It refers to the planned process of providing information to target groups and key stakeholders about project activities and results using various means and channels of dissemination at local, regional, national, European and international level.
The project includes both dissemination and exploitation activities, which are so closely linked that the difference is indistinguishable. OREO also provides for exploitation activities, which go beyond dissemination activities, as they aim at adapting existing results to other beneficiaries or systems than those for which they were originally designed. The consortium, before the project started, already considered exploitation activities, for example adapting the project results for use at tertiary vocational education, and we have already discussed the possibilities of parallel piloting of the project results in eTwinning projects to be developed for this purpose.
The objectives of this work package are linked to project objective 4 as it creates a diverse and inclusive group of partners and confidants that will last beyond the project to follow the development in the field of the educational uses of Artificial Intelligence.
The main objectives of the Dissemination activities are to:
- O1 promote and raise awareness about the project results.
- O2 successfully transfer the results to appropriate decision-makers to achieve their sustainable promotion and support.
- O3 convince individual end-users to adopt and/or apply the results, also after the project and support by its partnership has ended.
