As part of Work Packages 2 (OREO Curriculum) and 3 (OREO Platform), the Greek partners are conducting the national pilot phase across the country.

On 15 October 2025, PARAGON-eduTech participated online in the Cyberpsychology Guest Lecture Series of the Postgraduate Programme in Cyberpsychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

As part of Work Package 2 (OREO Curriculum) and Work Package 3 (OREO Platform), Fundación Siglo22 led the pilot phase in Spain in close collaboration with the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). The main objective of this phase was to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the OREO teaching materials and learning activities designed to promote ethical and responsible AI education.

The OREO project encourages learners to explore Artificial Intelligence from multiple perspectives: ethical, critical, social, and secure. To recognize this learning journey, participants can earn exclusive digital badges that reflect their growing awareness and understanding of AI.

The OREO project was prominently featured at the International Conference on Information, Communication Technologies in Education (ICICTE 2025), held in Greece. Within the session titled “Empowering AI Awareness in Higher Education – The OREO Project”, partners from across Europe presented the project’s key results and innovative approaches to Artificial Intelligence education. The session was moderated by Dr. Mirela Pachou, from the Laboratory of Law and Informatics (LLI) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. 

The third transnational project meeting of the OREO consortium took place in Greece, hosted by PARAGON-eduTech, bringing together partners from Spain, Germany, Estonia, and Greece. This meeting represented a key milestone in the project’s final phase, ensuring that all activities are progressing according to plan and that the final outputs are ready for completion and dissemination.
