The third transnational project meeting of the OREO consortium took place in Greece, hosted by PARAGON-eduTech, bringing together partners from Spain, Germany, Estonia, and Greece. This meeting represented a key milestone in the project’s final phase, ensuring that all activities are progressing according to plan and that the final outputs are ready for completion and dissemination.

The main objective of this meeting was to monitor the implementation progress across all work packages and coordinate the final steps towards the successful delivery of OREO’s results. Special attention was given to the evaluation and closure of Work Package 2 (OREO Curriculum), the finalization of Work Package 3 (OREO Community Learning Hub), and the strategic planning of dissemination actions under Work Package 4, including the organization of the Final International Conference.

During the meeting, partners reviewed and evaluated the overall effectiveness of the OREO Curriculum, which includes four teaching units, the OREO board game, and the “Train-the-Trainers” programme. The consortium discussed the results of the pilot implementations, gathered feedback from participating educators and students, and finalized the Validation Report to ensure that all learning materials are complete, coherent, and ready for open use.

The final version of the OREO Community Learning Hub was also presented and reviewed in detail. Fundación Siglo22 and other partners showcased the latest updates to the eLearning platform, which now includes technical refinements, localized versions, and a comprehensive user manual. The meeting confirmed that the platform is fully operational and ready for public launch, ensuring both accessibility and sustainability beyond the project’s duration.

In addition to curriculum and platform development, the meeting addressed essential aspects of quality assurance and impact measurement. Partners reviewed project-wide progress indicators, assessed the implementation of the Gender Equality and Inclusion Plan, and discussed how the Green Plan continues to guide OREO’s environmentally responsible approach.

Another key focus was on dissemination and outreach. The consortium coordinated its final communication strategy, refining plans for publications, social media, and public engagement activities. Preparations for the Final International Conference were also discussed in detail, ensuring that the event will serve as a culmination of OREO’s work and a platform to share its impact with the wider academic and educational community.

Finally, partners aligned on administrative and financial tasks, reviewing the structure and timeline for the final project report and clarifying procedures for documentation and reporting. The meeting concluded with a forward-looking discussion about OREO’s legacy and future collaboration possibilities. The consortium reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining the OREO online community and to promoting continued dialogue and research on AI ethics, rights, and responsible innovation in higher education.

The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting highlighted the project’s progress, strengthened the partnership’s collaboration, and set the foundation for a lasting impact in the field of ethical and inclusive Artificial Intelligence education across Europe.
